Intellex - Autonomous BI & Anomaly Detection Engine

Project Overview

Intellex is an autonomous AI-driven business intelligence and anomaly detection engine. It ingests financial data spreadsheets, automatically discovers column schema types, performs ML-driven anomaly detection via Isolation Forest algorithms, and forecasts future sales trajectories.

The Challenge & Pain Points

Financial analysts spent hundreds of hours manually auditing transaction spreadsheets to discover revenue outliers, fraud indicators, and customer churn segments.

The Technical Solution

Built a Flask analytical microservice integrating Pandas for dynamic schema discovery, Scikit-Learn IsolationForest models for anomaly detection, and GetOTP SMS/email authentication.
